Our 2020 Challenge will allow you to select a diet plan that is right for you. We have pre-selected a few for you to choose from, but we will provide guidance for the diet you choose. There will be 1:1 meetings with Coach Mo to help you on this journey. There will be weekly challenges/tasks and motivational videos to help keep you accountable. And of course you get a unique t-shirt at the end! Take the opportunity to make meaningful change this year to improve your fitness, nutrition and overall health. Challenge starts on 1-27-20, meeting with Megan at Max Muscle will be on the afternoon of Feb 1. You will receive an information packet after you sign up with more details!
