We will have a nutrition and weigh-in/measurement meeting at Max Muscle Centennial, 7530 S University Blvd #120 on January 6 at 9:30a. If you are unable to make it we will give you a handout later and you will need to go to Max Muscle within the next 6 days to get your weigh-in. You will receive a one on one consultation with our nutritionist and if you would like you can purchase a full meal plan for the 8 weeks from her for $200 ($25/week) which also includes weekly meetings with her to fine tune your nutrition plan.We will be doing mini challenges along the way and picking skills to improve in the gym. You will also meet with a Coach one on one to determine a plan to achieve your personal fitness and health goals. You will earn points for tasks and completing the mini challenges and at the end a single winner will be chosen based on points, weight loss and body fat % loss.
